Everyone seems to know the importance of a good night sleep. But do we all pay as much attention to it as it deserves?
Keep it regular
I had a 9-month-long case of insomnia while I was on agonists. In order to get it back to normal even after I got off them, I started taking Melatonin (3 mg).
The important point here is to take the melatonin 2 hours before the time you want to be asleep. For example, if you want to be asleep by 11PM, then take your melatonin pill at around 9PM.
Melatonin doesn't make me groggy in the morning.
